And I'm back!

There... after a sabbatical of almost 3 months, I'm back... complete, with my aiyoooos and rants about food and the lack of it and tales from paddy-land. Thankfully, no bathroom horror stories from now on...

YYAAYY!!!! Glad to see that you are back in the saddle again!! I feel like getting up from the campfire and dancing a little western jig to the accompaniment of guitar and fiddle!!

I am VERY VERY VERY Happy to see you back and blogging. Yeah that is ok even if you dont write very often, we will know that once in a while the aiyoo's and the amazing food stories will be on so that we can go raid the fridge at 2 in the morning after reading your blog :D Welcome back!!
